  3. Just wanted to say, great job with the idea and implementation LOVE IT!

    A simple suggestion, since it's a bit confusing clicking on each category and editing. What if there was a way to click on an element on the map and it directly shows up in the editing section.

    There was a scenario wherein I had no idea what a few sections of the map are called or which category it came under.

    Just a thought though!

  5. Put the zoom in and zoom out buttons where you can access them!

    The other button that allows you to bring in and out the editing tools covers them up and it's really hard to access them! Such a pain!

  6. I can work within the limit of x-per day, but ...

    but: allow for
    1) me to purchase more downloads in return for a donation or something

    2) reset the timer as the day rolls over, not strictly 24hr increment, one day I might work at 7PM, the following day I want to start working 8:30AM ... but I can't, because the timer wants em to wait until the evening ... I'm not working this evening.

    It's now the following day, new sunrise ... start the download time fresh. don't be so picky over the "by the minute, by the second ..."

    charge a donation of say £5 or £10 for the year, a small price to pay for a great service to enable say 20 downloads a day.

  8. Grid reference.

    So I only just found this program, and I already like it. I however was wondering if it would be possible to add a feature that lets you see grid-reference systems which are used in the military. The MGRS would be a great addition to this app, as it would lett me use these maps for education in how the system works (see https://www.map.army/ to see how the MGRS looks. It doesn't allow for the same configurations as snazzy maps allows however)

    the fullscreen button does not reset after minimizing and thus makes map unusable in fullscreen more than once.

  11. Ability to remove background color of maps and to download into vector- for use as road grid

    Is there any way to change the background color of the map? For example, I'm looking to make a street grid for use as a background of an artwork display themed around travel. So I'm looking for a map with no background (transparent) and streets lines only (no parks, no labels, no variance in color of road/highway/etc). It's been VERY tough to find vector versions of this, thought this so far has been the closest I've found. If you know of a place, let me know!

  12. Is there any way to add marker location via API?

    Hi, currently I have my own CMS for my website, where I can add some new places in my map (like store locator) & there are maybe some new places every month, so I need my admin to add the places via my own website CMS.

  13. Download high res for printing panels (I'd pay for that :) )

    Ability to download in a size and resolution bit enough to print the map on big size. Use case: big size maps, decoration panels, ... This could be a paying feature actually!

  14. Larger download image areas for maps

    Love the download image beta feature! To maintain detail on local roads it would be great to have a window larger than 1000x1000 px, to reduce stitching needed.

  15. Fix fullscreen button reset

    the fullscreen button does not reset after minimizing. forced to reload page to force it to reset, but then we lose location and have to start all over.

    The map displays in the same language as my Settings but when I download, it's in english.

  17. fix a glitch with login

    on chrome, I created a map, and then tried to register so that I could save it. It kept erroring on "enter name" even after I filled in all fields. Ok, went to a new browser window, clicked register, logged in, but it didn't log me in across into the other window. Ok - clicked on login from the map window after 'save' and it wouldn't accept that I entered a password. Something's buggy with the login when you are in the map builder view. Thanks for this tool, it's pretty cool

  18. save more than one map style

    when editing a saved map style, saving with a different name overwrites the previous map style. it would be great if you can create duplicates to use as map styles starting point.

  19. fix auto reset on style editing mode

    sometimes, in editing style mode, the style resets automatically completely removing all the changes you have made since you last saved the style. It happened to me twice.
