  1. Add support for polygons

    Is it possible to create polygons in Snazzy Maps? It seems it is one of the only things lacking to fit the needs of my customer. How much would you charge us to develop this functionality?

  2. Allow downloading multiple map images at once

    I love this feature - so much. It would be awesome to have a feature that allowed you to select an area you wanted to download, and how many "tiles" of images you wanted (increasing the number of tiles increasing the resolution), and then Snazzy Maps would automatically determine the image scale and download the many tiles that could be placed together in a CAD software, etc. to create a super high-res map. I would use that feature everyday. Of course, I second having higher-resolution image downloads available as well.

    Again - love this feature and this site very much.

  3. An option to do "COPY CODE TO CLIPBOARD" with javascript Minifier

    So that we can copy the following

  4. Allow Terrain Maps

    I am not sure if this is even possible, but it would be great if we could style terrain maps. I would like to be able to see some relief textures on top of any particular style.

  5. Logging in to save means changes are lost

    So, I've created a new map, ready to save it and then I notice I'm not logged in. Logging in means changes are all lost due to page refresh...

    Either this needs to be fixed so styles are saved on refresh, or you need to be able to paste the code back in to make further changes. Thanks!

  6. Formats to embed the map on a website rather than iframe

    Hi! It would be extremely useful if you can provide us any other format to embed the map on the webpage. The problem I have with the iframe is that: when I add a point of interest in the "built a map" section, I cant link that point with another URL.
    I don't know if it is possible? but it would be great!

  7. be able to connect markers

    I really like the create map feature, but there is one thing I am missing. I am currently creating a map of my upcoming holiday trip, and have markers for all the location I'll stay. I would like to be able add lines between the markers, and if possible lines with different styles (dotted, solid, double, etc..), and colours. (example;https://goo.gl/ayWYTW)

  8. show marker name/infromation on hover

    I would like to see the name of a marker when I hover over a marker instead of having to click on it.

    charge a donation of say £5 or £10 for the year, a small price to pay for a great service to enable say 20 downloads a day.

  10. Check why often instead of downloading an image, there is only a small 12 kb png file and it counts into 10 donwloads per day.

  14. Downloading map image in PDF so we can edit it in illustrator.

    Hi Snazzy team,

    Downloading image map in high res is an Amazing feature !!! What would be even better would be to have the possibility to download a map in PDF so we can edit it in Illustrator. For some projects I need (and surely many people) only the streets. I have to got to openstreetmap.fr but spend a lot of team cleaning the map. Thanks a again and great plug in!

  16. Download Image needs to reference original source

    The point of Downloading the map image would be to propose a selection of colour schemes to either a client or the design team. It needs to contain a reference so that once a color is decided upon it can be linked back to the original source on Snazzy Maps website

    That’s an interesting idea and I can definitely see the benefit. We might be able to make something but the tricky problem would be to get a unique ID for every possible style combination. There are a lot! We’ll have to see what’s possible.

  17. Ability to remove background color of maps and to download into vector- for use as road grid

    Is there any way to change the background color of the map? For example, I'm looking to make a street grid for use as a background of an artwork display themed around travel. So I'm looking for a map with no background (transparent) and streets lines only (no parks, no labels, no variance in color of road/highway/etc). It's been VERY tough to find vector versions of this, thought this so far has been the closest I've found. If you know of a place, let me know!

    Hey,

    Thanks for the suggestion. I’m not too familiar with OpenStreetMap but from what I’ve seen it looks really complicated to style them.

    Are you familiar with styling OpenStreetMaps at all?

    I am trying to share my created style with my web developer but my style is not searchable on your site. How can I get my style to be visible?
